SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 10 business days for your order to ship, depending on the item(s) you ordered. Due to COVID-19, our shipping warehouse is operating with a limited staff, so some orders take a little longer to ship than normal. We appreciate your patience and  understanding.  

Your order will ship via USPS. We expect all shipments to arrive 2-6 days after shipping, depending on geographical location. You will receive an email when your order ships out, with tracking info.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

You can only initiate a return once your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please login to your customer account and follow the return instructions within your order.

If you have any questions about a return, please email us at support@lilirose.com. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
